This product was delivered quickly and was packaged well. It was mostly assembled - just needed to adjust for our dog, who is a 15 year old 100 pound chocolate lab. It took a a few days for her to get the hang of this but once she figured it out, she is doing great. She has Degenerative Myelopathy and her back legs are slowly getting paralyzed. But this wheelchair helps support her and keeps her front legs strong. Since she has DM she also needs "shoes" for her back legs so they don't curl under. We use those as well on her back legs and she can keep taking her short walks and potty breaks. This wheelchair has allowed her to keep enjoying life!
